Karena Birk
Karena Birk is the Director of Dance Fremont. She received her MFA in Dance from The Ohio State University (OSU). Her professional performance experience includes Colorado Ballet, Lehua Dance Theatre, ARC Dance, Catherine Cabeen/Hyphen, Redd Legg Dance, Seattle Dance Project, and works by Trisha Brown, Anna Sokolow, Antony Tudor, George Balanchine, Wade Madsen, Deborah Wolf, and Hannah Wiley. Kimberly Holloway
A North Carolina native, Kimberly Holloway received her BFA from Belhaven University. Her choreography has been commissioned by Katy Hagelin Dance Project, Störling Dance Theater, enROOT, Converge Dance Festival, and Abbey Grown, and has also been performed at the Fringe Festival in Edinburgh, Scotland. Kim has performed with Michele Miller/Catapult Dance, Störling Dance Theater, Stone Dance Collective, Maureen Whiting Company, Shannon Stewart, Alana O. Rhea Keller
Rhea Keller is from Peoria, IL. She has danced with Island Moving Company, Central Illinois Ballet, and Rochester City Ballet performing works by José Limón, Staycee Pearl, Colin Connor, Bill Evans, and George Balanchine, among others. Her own work has been featured at the Rhode Island Women’s Choreography Project and Fuselage Dance Film Festival. New to Seattle, she is excited to be working with Alana O. Jana Kincl
Jana Kincl has danced throughout her life, enjoying every type of dance. Originally from Helena, Montana, she has now called Seattle home for many years. She has worked with several fantastic choreographers and companies including Veronica Mendonca/VAM, Michele Miller/Catapult Dance, Catherine Cabeen/Hyphen, Alana O. Thomas Phelan
Thomas Phelan is from Fort Collins, Colorado where he recieved his BA in Performing Arts from Colorado State University. He is a performer with Coriolis Dance, Alana O. Rogers Dance Company, and House of Verlaine. He teaches throughout the Seattle area and has performed with Whim W'him, Alaska Dance Theater, Khambatta Dance Company, The Can Can, Ballet Bellevue, Olympic Ballet Theatre, International Ballet Theatre, and The Robbie Turner Revue. Alicia Pugh
Alicia Pugh’s formal dance education started at the age of 6, when her mom and dad decided it was time to put all that energy twirling around the kitchen into a dance studio. Pursuing this training took her all over the country, but she is currently honored to be working in Seattle with artists: Beth Terwilleger, Stephanie Liapis, Jo Blake, Cameo Lethem, and most recently Alana O. Rogers.
