The Deep Dark
The Deep Dark tumbles its audience into a world of fantasy and dreams. Inspired by the choreographer’s 4-year-old son’s imagination, it weaves together the musings of a child’s mind with an assemblage of fantastical imagery from literature, cinema, and the sculptures of Auguste Rodin. Through this, The Deep Dark creates its own, formidable epic.
The Deep Dark premiered as part of Reveries & Other Stories, Sept. 29-Oct. 1, 2023 at the Erickson Theater in Seattle.
